Lean Six Sigma Certification

Yellow Belt in two days. Green Belt in five. Taught on your own processes.

Training that produces projects, not certificates. Yellow Belt builds the foundation everyone needs and certifies on the spot. Green Belt turns that foundation into full DMAIC discipline, certified on a project with $25K+ in validated hard savings.

Two belts

  • Yellow Belt — 2 days, certified on the spot
  • Green Belt — 5 days, DMAIC discipline
  • Green Belt certification — $25K+ validated hard savings
  • Taught on your own processes

180+

Employees trained

Across manufacturing, distribution, insurance, financial services, healthcare, and professional services.

300+

Projects launched

Improvement projects run by those individuals after certification.

$10MM+

Validated benefit

Financially validated savings and benefit from Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects post-training.

Cumulative results from prior training delivery. Client names withheld.

The path

Yellow first. Always. Green is where it gets rigorous.

Yellow Belt is the prerequisite for Green Belt certification. If you were trained as a Yellow Belt elsewhere, we validate that training and place you straight into Green Belt.

  1. 01

    Yellow Belt — 2 days

Everyone starts here. Foundational tools, in-class project work, exam during training, certificate on the spot.

  2. 02

    Validation

Already trained as a Yellow Belt elsewhere? Send the coursework and evidence, we review it and place you directly.

  3. 03

    Green Belt — 5 days

Full DMAIC instruction across five days, with the exam sat during the training week.

  4. 04

    Certified project

Green Belt certification is issued after training, once the project delivers and we validate $25K+ in hard savings.

The two tracks

Yellow Belt

2-day training

Yellow Belt Certification

The foundation. Two days that teach everyone who touches the process the same language for waste, variation, and flow — with small hands-on Yellow Belt exercises worked on your own processes during the session.

Prerequisite
None. This is where everyone starts.
Who it's for
Frontline employees, supervisors, analysts, support functions, and any leader who needs to sponsor improvement work credibly.
How it runs
Two consecutive days, on-site or virtual, built around the work your teams already do. Small Yellow Belt project work happens live during the two days.

What you learn

  • What Lean and Six Sigma actually are, and where each one applies
  • The eight wastes, read on a real process rather than a slide
  • Basic process mapping and value stream thinking
  • Data basics: what to measure, how to baseline, what a real problem statement looks like
  • Root cause fundamentals — 5 Whys, cause-and-effect, simple Pareto analysis
  • Standard work, visual management, and how a fix is held in place
  • How to scope an improvement small enough to actually finish

Certification project

Small Yellow Belt project work completed in-class on a process the participant knows. No project carries on after the session.

What you end up with

Certification awarded on the spot: participants sit the exam during training, and a passing score plus the in-class project work earns the Yellow Belt certificate before they leave.

Green Belt

5-day training

Green Belt Certification

The full DMAIC discipline. Five days that take someone who can see waste and make them capable of leading a data-driven project through Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control to a validated financial result.

Prerequisite
Yellow Belt. If a participant already holds Yellow Belt training from elsewhere, we validate it and go straight to Green Belt.
Who it's for
Process owners, engineers, supervisors, analysts, and emerging leaders expected to lead improvement projects, not just participate in them.
How it runs
Five days of structured DMAIC instruction, on-site or virtual. The exam is taken during training. Projects are not completed in class — they run afterwards, with ongoing coaching support included.

What you learn

  • Define: charters, SIPOC, voice of the customer, and a problem statement with a financial hypothesis
  • Measure: measurement system analysis, data collection plans, baseline capability
  • Analyze: statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, regression, and confirmed root cause
  • Improve: solution design, pilots, mistake-proofing, and controlled implementation
  • Control: control plans, control charts, standard work, and handoff to the process owner
  • Change management inside a project — stakeholders, resistance, and adoption
  • Benefit validation with finance so the number survives scrutiny

Certification project

A full DMAIC project carrying hard savings of $25,000 or more, run after the training with ongoing coaching support included until it lands.

What you end up with

Exam passed during the week; certification issued once the project is completed and the $25K+ hard savings are validated.

Already Yellow Belt trained?

We validate prior Yellow Belt training and route you straight to Green.

Nobody retakes training they have already earned. Submit what you have through the intake form below and we review it before quoting.

  1. Step 01

    Tell us where you trained

Provider, year, and what the curriculum covered. A day of awareness slides is not the same as a working Yellow Belt.

  2. Step 02

    Send the evidence

Certificate, agenda or curriculum, and any project summary. Attach it to the intake form and we take it from there.

  3. Step 03

    We review it

We check the tools covered against what Green Belt assumes: process mapping, waste, baselining, root cause, and control basics.

  4. Step 04

    Straight to Green

If it holds up, the participant is placed directly into the five-day Green Belt cohort. If there are gaps, we tell you exactly which ones and how we close them.

Training intake

Tell us who needs certifying and when.

Company, role, and training goals give us the shape of the program. Group size, format, and dates give us the cost. Together they are enough for a personalized quote.

  • Yellow Belt — 2 days, exam in class, certified on the spot
  • Green Belt — 5 days, exam in class, certified on a validated $25K+ project
  • Prior Yellow Belt training validated for direct Green placement

Pricing

Every program is quoted personally.

Cohort size, belt level, on-site or virtual delivery, and how much project coaching you want all change the shape of the program — so there is no list price. Tell us who needs certifying and what you want them working on, and we'll send a personalized quote.

Already Yellow Belt trained elsewhere? Send the coursework and project evidence with your enquiry and we'll validate it for direct Green Belt placement.
